At Covert for Men, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
We accept returns of unused products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The item must be in resalable condition.
• Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We'll replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The product arrived damaged
• The product is defective
• We shipped the incorrect item
